Au sein de la société de gestion Tikehau Investment Management, vous intégrerez le département Fund Operations/Loan Operations et serez impliqué dans les processus métiers des fonds de dette privée fermés.

Vos Principales Missions Seront

• Participer aux processus de réconciliation bancaire et comptable,
• Aider à la préparation des valorisations des fonds,
• Préparer les documents administratifs et fiscaux (Fund Admins, FATCA),
• Préparation de la notification des intérêts,
• Intervention sur les outils opérationnels (Efront),
• Préparation des rapports récurrents,
• Participation au processus d’audit de fin d’année,
• Suivi de la performance des fonds.

Within the management company Tikehau Investment Management, you will integrate the Fund Operations/Loan Operations department and will be involved in the business processes of closed-end private debt funds.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Participate in banking and accounting reconciliation processes,
• Assist in the preparation of the valuations of the funds,
• Prepare administrative and tax documents (Fund Admins, FATCA),
• Preparation of the interest notification,
• Intervention on operational tools (Efront),
• Preparation of recurring reporting,
• Participation in year-end audit process,
• Monitoring the performance of the funds.

Profile

• Master 1 ou Master 2 en finance,
• Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et dynamique, vous savez faire preuve de curiosité et d’enthousiasme,
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel,
• Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais.

• Master 1 or Master 2 in Finance,
• You are organized, rigorous and dynamic, you know how to show curiosity and enthusiasm,
• Good command of Excel,
• Fluent in French and English.
