This Position reports to:

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will support the team in update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

Work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Supporting the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.
• Working with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends.
• Supporting in preparation of financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzing impact to the organization and validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions.

Qualifications for the role

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Italian.
• Motivation and ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
• Degree in management engineer or Economy.
