As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.This position will support Fever Originals’ team. Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. • Participate in all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up
• Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
• Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
• Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets
• Deep dive in budgets of different scales
• Venue research and booking
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts

REQUIREMENTS

• Advance/Native-level Romanian and fluent English skills
• Preferably having already an experience in the event production industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• You’ll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions
• Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
• Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
• Collaborative and willing to “get hands dirty”
• Starting date: September/October 2024

OUR HIRING PROCESS
