As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.This position will support Fever Originals’ team. Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. • Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts’ production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up
• Create production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution of concerts
• Optimize production costs and processes whenever possible
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts
• Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required

REQUIREMENTS

• Advance/Native-level German and fluent English skills
• Preferably having already an experience in the event production industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• You’ll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions
• Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
• Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
• Collaborative and willing to “get hands dirty”
• Starting date: September/October 2024
