Join us in our journey!As an Intern, you will be part of the WE in D&T Team and support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda of D&T. The intern provides hands-on support to the team: organising events (workshops, meetings), creating video & other visual materials, actively maintain the link with the Global DE&I Team and promote DE&I through internal social media channels (e.g. Workplace by Facebook). You will report to the Global HR Manager D&T and be supervised by colleagues from the WE in D&T Team.During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. Of course, always with the guidance that is right for you.The departmentAs the intern for DE&I at Digital & Technology (D&T), you will support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda of D&T together with a group of committed colleagues that have a shared passion for this important topic. Within D&T, a specific workgroup called ‘WE in D&T’ actively works on creating meaningful content, raising awareness, and promoting DE&I related topics throughout the D&T organisation.The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 September 2023
• The internship is fulltime
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• You are registered at an educational institution
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam
• You will receive an internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
