• You will support the activation of our

across the world. * Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support in the design and delivery of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) priorities
• Assist with DEI campaigns throughout the year to drive engagement of the topic
• Coordination of activities for DEI ambassadors and Employee Resource Groups
• Program coordination, data gathering, data analysis, benchmarks and insights
• Assistance with creation of executive presentations
• You will be working in the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team located in Amsterdam, as well as with the DEI ambassadors and Employee Resource Groups all over the world.

The global DEI team sits within the Global Talent & Leadership department within the People Function.The terms of employment

• Your starting date is 1 September 2024
• The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• It is a practice-oriented internship internship
• You will be based in Amsterdam
• Hybride working / Amsterdam
• You will receive an internship fee of €500 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The start of your internshipTogether with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.The unique you!

• Pro-active, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail and quality.
• Team worker with the ability to lead your own projects and juggle priorities
• Excellent communication skills, well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures

• Passionate or curious about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• HBO or WO education
• Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A bonus if you are familiar with working data analytics tools such as PowerBI)

Conditions of HEINEKEN * You are enrolled at an educational institution.

• In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
• In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
• Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
