Internship Data Operations & Analytics

Be part of the global quality management team at Red Bull Headquarters and support the team with your expertise. During your internship you get in contact with most of the POS tools you might have seen in bars, events and stores. As core responsibilities you evaluate data in different systems to identify trends. For continuous improvement you track actions with our suppliers and support the set up of new systems and processes.

We are looking for you to start as soon as possible and to join us for a period of 6 months!

• AUDIT TOOL MAINTENANCE
• As an data operations & analytics intern you´ll support the Integration and maintenance of processes and partners
• TASK TRACKING
• During your internship you will take care of task tracking from audits and inspections.
• DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
• Another area of your responsibility will be to support with the data base set-up, user rights, and to access rules.
• DATA HANDLING
• Additionally, you´ll work on AI integration, predictive analysis, Service data evaluation, and new solutions.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technical field or similar with handling of large amount of data.
• Statistical knowledge and data visualization are a must.
• Experience in data exploration tools like Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, etc.
• Knowledge of Phyton, R is a plus.
• All system and process are set up in English, German is a plus.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with a solution oriented mentality.
• Keen eye for detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Transparent and hands-on personality with ability to work independently.
