Requisiti di base:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta)
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
  • Capacità organizzativa, precisione e puntualità
  • Spirito di iniziativa e intraprendenza

Requisiti preferibili:

  • Predisposizione al problem solving;
  • Flessibilità mentale;
  • Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team

Requisiti linguistici: Italiano Fluente, Inglese livello B2

Cosa farai?

Riferimento per la gestione delle escursioni di temperatura ricevute dai customer e valutazione dell’impatto sui lotti rilasciati in collaborazione con lo specialista reclami e con la Qualified Person di stabilimento.

Supporto nella gestione della ricezione dei reclami da parte dei clienti e nell’esecuzione dei trend e nella elaborazione dei dati specifici per i reclami.

Raccolta dati di performance e gestione delle board di area

Gestione del processo di archiviazione dei documenti di area.

La risorsa verrà inserita nell’ambito della struttura di Customer Complaint in un percorso di addestramento sui requisiti GMP. Durante lo stage avrà modo di interfacciarsi con le funzioni di Quality Assurance e Supply Chain.
