The internship will commence in January or February with a minimum of 12 weeks.Are you triggered by consumer insights and strategies? Do you like to follow-up on trends and see what different brands in the market do? You are not afraid of abbreviations as STEEP, PEST or SWOT?
Join the Consumer and Customer Insights (CCI) Team of IKEA. Understand the macro/micro dynamics impacting the business. Get an understanding of a dynamic retail market, the fast changing consumer and support the strategy for IKEA Belgium.Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) You will:– Compile specific knowledge decks with insights for internal stakeholders (for example Marketing, Sales, Services,…) . Provide them with insights and scope to understand how the future consumers want to shop.
– Support the CCI-team with the preparation of the strategy for 2024-2025. Through steep analysis, trend monitoring, consumer insights,…
– Support in competitor monitoring
– Transfer data files compilations (to transfer the insights and data to our stakeholders)
