Main purpose of the internship:
When joining Unilever in Belgium, you will get the opportunity to have an impact on a leading-edge company and our outstanding brands. During this internship you will get real responsibilities that will provide you with a good insight into the organisation and support your personal development.
Within our Communications team, you will have the chance to build and spread Unilever’s reputation, commitments, and ambitious goals, both internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to make your ideas come true and work on dynamic and innovative projects where you will learn from the best of the best. You will join our dynamic team, where you can make your mark and contribute your ideas.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities could be (amongst others):
- Internal communication: central point of contact for specific projects, ensure proper communication of all information required for the day-to-day running of the company
- Internal activities: organisation of our monthly gathering of all national teams, participation in the organization of activities for employees
- External/Digital communication: social media management, website monitoring
What we ask:
- You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship.
- You are available for a minimum of 3 months and ideally for 6 months (at least 32 hours a week).
- You are fluent in English + Dutch or French.
- You have a creative thinking, able to generate innovative ideas and implement them effectively
- You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously.
- You are a pro-active and dynamic person, able to anticipate the needs of your team.
- You are enthusiastic and passionate, ready to invest yourself fully in your missions and bring positive energy to our team.
- You are able to work with a diversity of people and teams.
- You are familiar with MS office tools in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
