Our team plays an important role in the Real Estate Credit Process. The team produces regular real estate market research reports and market indicators for Erste Group’s core markets. Furthermore location and market assessment as well as analysis of the rental status for specific CRE properties are provided by the team. The team is responsible for group wide collateral management standards and we are running strategic change-the-bank projects in the area of real estate valuation and collateral management.

Your Tasks

* Preparation of real estate cash flow analyses

* Support in various research activities and property valuation

* Contribution to the development of market and location assessments

Your Background

* Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics and/or real estate

* Experienced in working with MS Excel and enthusiastic about exploring new analytical approaches

* Strong interest in Commercial Real Estate and motivated to deepen industry knowledge

* Skilled in handling complex and extensive data sets

* Results-oriented mindset with a responsible, hands-on approach and team spirit

* German and English skills according to the requirements
