Internship Central Content and Production

Support with logistical planning and coordination of the Content Learning Program and 2026 Global Content Summit.

We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us in January 2025 for a period of 6 months.

• PLANNING AND LOGISTICS
• In this internship, you’ll do the planning and logistics for the in-person CLP workshops and for the 2026 Global Content Summit. Therefore, you’ll manage travel, accommodations, and transportation. You’ll work with local contacts in the markets to book venues and arrange catering and team activities. Additionally, you’ll support with conducting research, agenda design, and scheduling.
• CONTENT CREATION SHAREPOINT
• You’ll make sure the Content Learning SharePoint page is always current and up to date with the latest content and information.
• COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION
• In this exciting role, you’ll help coordinate and oversee the Quarterly Content Update. You’ll support the management of production and filming schedule. You’ll work with key stakeholders to determine topics, finalize scripts, film, and oversee post-production.
• PREPARATION SCREENING ROOM
• Another task will be to support the quarterly Screening Room. You’ll book the location and arrange catering as well as collect content, create schedules and create decks.

• Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)
• First experience in production, project and event coordination
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills
• Cross functional collaboration- working with internal and external stakeholders
• Time management, can work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge in storytelling, content and film is a plus
