Join our Systems team within the Student and Field Marketing department as an intern starting in January 2025 for 6 months. You’ll support our global Business Planning process using BPTool, Red Bull’s tool for strategizing yearly goals.

You’ll learn how BPTool works, interact with key stakeholders, and understand its integration with other internal systems. During your internship, you’ll become a key link between IT, headquarters departments, and countries, providing essential support for their Business Planning needs.

  • BRAND TOOLS PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • In this internship, you’ll support the team to manage and execute brand tools projects using an agile and iterative approach. You’ll support with tool knowledge to ensure Business Planning success. Additionally, you’ll engage with the technical aspects of brand tools, demonstrating your understanding without needing to be an IT expert.
  • SUPPORT IN CHANGE AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
  • During this times as an intern you’ll support and coordinate the evolving headquarters requirements among various stakeholders. You’ll document and communicate any necessary business or technical changes. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the IT department to translate and oversee the implementation and testing of these changes. Another task is that you’ll facilitate communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change. Furthermore, you’ll provide leadership and support to ensure the team remains aligned with project goals.
  • INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
  • As part of this internship, you’ll be responsible for managing the project SharePoint page, making sure it effectively showcases the global strategy to various countries using dynamic videos and presentations.
  • USER SUPPORT AND TRAINING
  • In addition you’ll provide global support and technical assistance to users throughout the project. And you’ll also conduct training sessions and update training materials to enhance knowledge and skills.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Current studying or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in IT-related projects, including marketing IT systems and tools, as well as UI/UX.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, process-driven, and structured.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
