Our client is a major US/International law firm, renowned for the quality of their global regulatory offering.Their highly rated International Trade group forms flagship practice, which is reflected in quality of their EU Trade and Customs team. The team works on complex WTO disputes, trade remedy investigations, trade defence proceedings, sanctions and export control and internal market cases. Their broad client base includes major international corporates, trade associations and government bodies from around the world. The team collaborates closely with the firm’s exceptional Trade team in the US.They are seeking to add a mid-level Associate to their team due to continued growth in their workflow. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of experience across a broad range of Trade and Customs law matters, gained from a reputable international law firm. Ideally, the candidate will be admitted to the Brussels Bar and may be admitted to another EU member state bar. Strong candidates from different qualification backgrounds will also be considered. A strong command of English is essential and fluency in another European language, particularly French, Dutch, German or Italian, would be advantageous.
