Currently, eID Solutions is looking to expand the international customer base. As this part of Nets Group is moving location from September 2024 – the working location will for you be Teknikerbyen 5, 2830 Virum, DenmarkAbout your future role
As International Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of new customers on our standard solutions. As part of the onboarding project, you are responsible for clarification of customer needs, customization, integration and delivery of solutions and services according to the contract.Our solutions are technically and functionally complex, and you will work closely with e.g. product managers, architects, developers, and testers.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Successful delivery of the customer onboarding project on time and within budget
  • Manage the customer relation, align expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Engage the customer in the project, according to agreement
  • Detailed project planning and resource management
  • Ensure that organisational change management is being performed
  • Define scope and bridge customer needs with the technical possibilities
  • Lead the implementation team and foster a collaborative, efficient and supportive team environment
  • Manage requests for change
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Monitor project progress and report status to project stakeholders internally and externally
  • Evaluate project performance and ensure continuous improvements

We expect you to be on site in Virum with flexible working hours and possibility of working from home regularly. Some travel activity to visit customers must be expected.What makes you the best person for this job?

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to guide, involve, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and sustain an efficient collaboration with the customer and stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analytically and creatively to resolve issues
  • Strong communicator that includes other competencies and delegates when appropriate
  • Successful experience with managing implementation projects
  • Skilled and quality-conscious planner who manages to stay focused on the critical path and deliver the project with agreed scope, on time, and within budget
  • Understanding the connection between technical contract requirements and their practical implementation for delivering the best customer experience
  • Strong in financial management, reporting and preparation of business cases
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations at executive level
  • Must be able to thrive in a hectic environment
  • Fully proficient in Danish and English, written and spoken

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • Experience with IT contracts and tenders
  • Documented experience with international projects
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • IPMA level B or equivalent
  • Technological understanding and experience with implementation and integration of complex technical solutions, preferably identity solutions
  • Experience from both the public and financial sector
  • Used to working with compliance requirements, preferably knowledge of e.g. GDPR and eIDAS
