Role Responsibilities
* Drive international sales growth: Develop new customers and grow existing accounts, building and managing an international project pipeline in CRM to support the company’s global expansion strategy.
* Translate complex needs into solutions: Work closely with distributors, contractors and engineering firms to understand technical challenges and turn them into project-specific proposals using advanced injection and waterproofing systems.
* Represent the brand worldwide: Visit job sites, customers and trade fairs internationally, showcasing the company’s solutions, providing technical-commercial guidance and strengthening its position as a trusted specialist in construction chemicals.
Requirements
* Technical foundation to excel commercially: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electromechanics or Chemistry, enabling you to understand applications in waterproofing and geotechnical injections and convert this into added value for customers.
* Proven international sales potential: Commercial experience in construction chemicals (ideally waterproofing and/or geotechnical resins) and managing distributor networks in international markets, giving you the platform to quickly build your own portfolio.
* Skills to build global partnerships: In-depth technical knowledge of relevant products and techniques, strong communication skills, fluency in English and French (German or Spanish is a plus), solid command of MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI), and willingness to travel up to 30% to European and non-European destinations.
