Job description

As a International Project Engineer Equipment, you will be fully responisible for the project management of the installation and start-up of new industrial production lines to ensure the growth of LLBG BU Frozen.

  • You will manage project from engineering phase, over installation and go-live up to hand over to end user
  • You will manage the execution of the project together with the local team until commissioning and hand over with an important focus on safety aspects and product quality
  • You will prepare and coordinate detailed installation and start up planning
  • You will be responsible for the follow-up of the project and the budget, and you will anticipate possible deviations (duration and costs) by taking appropriate action.
  • You ensure that our standards and guidelines (safety, quality control, electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.) are adhered to during the projects, and take action if they are deviated from.
  • You are responsible for all safety aspects related to the execution and completion of the project.
  • You are responsible for hand-over to the department that takes over the ownership of the delivered project (training, documentation, drawings, specifications, spare parts, etc.)

In this role, you will report to the International Project Manager Equipment. You will be part of LLBG Group Engineering Team and work very closely with the local plant team to coordinate our expansions together.Our International Engineering team is responsible of the investments projects (Capex) : Both Green Field and Expansion projects of our existing plants on international level. The scope of the Investments projects are Buildings, Technics and Equipments; from the concept to the execution and hand-over to our local team after commissioning.As a Project Engineer, you will work on your planning and coordinating skills on a daily basis. Solution-oriented and analytical thinking give you energy and are in your DNA.Furthermore, you have:

  • An engineering degree and affinity with technology and production processes.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills and you are team player.
  • Stress-resistant, persistent and result-oriented mindset
  • “Hands on” approach
  • Fluent English both verbal and in writing
  • No problem with frequent traveling – (up to 50% of time) according to the need
