About the International Operations HR Graduate Programme
Novo Nordisk International Operations encompasses markets in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. Employees working within HR in Novo Nordisk have a wide range of roles and responsibilities – but all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive continued success of the organisation.
During the programme you will work with senior managers within our HR functions and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people at Novo Nordisk.
We have designed the full-time position as an International Operations HR so that, following its successful completion, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to become a valued and integral part of our company in your home country.
The position
During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, starting in your home country Poland, followed by two further international rotations which could include one of our HR Centres of Excellence based in our Headquarters in Denmark, our International Operations Strategic Office in Zurich, or one of our many global affiliates. You will partner closely with your internal stakeholders and gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical
companies face in the marketplace.
The rotations are shaped to suit your development needs, while meeting our business requirements and to ensure you build the required competences needed to become a future HR specialist or leader in Novo Nordisk.
Please note: This specific track under our graduate programme is targeted at candidates from Poland, or those who would like to start their careers in Poland within the field of human resources and hold EU citizenship. We have many other tracks, which are open to applicants from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed as an International Operation HR Graduate in Poland, we expect you to have:
-EU citizenship
-A recent master’s degree from 2024 or 2025, in a relevant field such as HR management, business administration or international business
-Above average academic achievements
-International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
-Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
-Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and an eagerness to learn
-No more than 1 year of full-time working experience between or after completing your master’s degree
-Global mobility and international mindset
-Professional fluency in English
