What your future may holdAs HR International Mobility Coordinator, you are responsible for the execution of the international mobility policy within VYNCKE’s global project business. Within a pre-defined framework, you implement consistent procedures and activities to ensure HR compliance ‘on-site’. You operate with the support of external service providers and the global reward manager, in contact with the business and in close cooperation with the Tax compliance & local payroll officers.

  • Your first focus is to manage the international mobility operations related to VYNCKE’s installation sites all over the globe.
  • You gather the information needed to decide on the right global mobility set-up for every project within a pre-defined framework, and you kick off the related action plan & procedures.
  • You ensure that the international mobility operations comply with local and international regulations: you collaborate with VYNCKE’s external service providers to understand the obligations and coordinate & execute the related processes and activities (such as application of work permits, set-up shadow payroll, organize tax return assistance to name a few).
  • You act as the main point of contact for the external service providers. Internally, you are the go-to person for HR topics related to international mobility.
  • You work closely together with the payroll officers in other settlements of VYNCKE to align on the payroll process and communication to involved “Vynckeneers”.
  • You exchange information with the business (mainly field team managers) on the planning & timing of the activities ‘on site’.
  • Together with the global reward manager you continuously evaluate and improve the international mobility procedures and processes. You organize work in the most efficient manner, utilising the right tools, platforms, and meeting structures.
  • As you are gaining expertise within a specific HR domain, you are not just building your knowledge but also sharing it with the global HR team & business leaders.
  • You will be part of a global HR team. You report to the global reward manager.

Your skillset

  • You have a master degree in a relevant discipline such as international business economics, tax or law.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of working experience in an environment where you have gained experience in global mobility or international employment.
  • You are enthusiastic about international labor law and legislation in general.
  • You are interested in being a center point between the business, finance and human resources. You understand how to operate & cooperate cross departments, with impact.
  • You have strong working methods, can navigate in complexity and define the necessary steps to move forward.
  • You are hands-on and pragmatic. You’ll always find a solution to your problems and are service-minded.
  • Using your communication skills (oral & written), you can explain the global mobility policy and provide guidance to our involved business leaders, field engineers & technicians.
