purposeAs an International Mobility and Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the international mobility processes of expatriates for the Fluxys Group. You will ensure that all aspects related to our expatriates’ international assignments are handled efficiently: contracts, remuneration, taxation, organisation of relocation, local administrative formalities, invoicing and budget monitoring.As an expert, you will ensure that the internal mobility policy is consistent and in line with the group strategy.My steep learning curve motivates me and keeps me here– Nick Rys, Product ManagerYour
responsibilities
- International mobility policies and processes
- You will play an active role in optimising Fluxys Group’s international mobility policy
- You will help establish benchmarks and formulate proposals based on an analysis of those benchmarks
- You will keep international mobility processes and procedures up to date
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the expatriate performance management process
- You will also be the contact person for Fluxys employees when they travel abroad and you will carry out the necessary formalities
- Expatriate administration
- You will prepare budget estimates and salary proposals
- You will draft secondment contracts and follow up on contractual clauses in collaboration with the legal experts in the Human Resources department
- You will collaborate with the consultants involved in managing specific expatriate-related issues (immigration, relocation, payment of foreign taxes, etc.)
- You will be the contact person for expatriate employees and will answer their questions related to their compensation and the practical aspects of their expatriation
- You will be responsible for the follow-up of invoicing between the different subsidiaries of the group
- Budget monitoring
- You will draw up and analyse the budget for assignments abroad
- You will monitor the budget of the Group Compensation & Benefits department
- You will coordinate and follow up on the payment of invoices

- A master’s degree in economics, management, HR or law, or equivalent experience
- Previous professional experience, ideally in an international human resources department
- An affinity for labour law
- Strong analytical ,critical thinking and synthesis skills
- A meticulous approach with a keen attention to detail
- A proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills suitable for a multicultural environment
- A commitment to respecting the confidentiality of the data you process
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch
