Mission:

Your main mission working in the Fleet team at Nissan will be to support profitable fleet sales through managing both a leasing customer portfolio and a key account portfolio.

Your Leasing portfolio mission is to grow the Nissan market share of the top 5 Leasing companies. Your Key account portfolio objective is to obtain & manage as many Nissan European agreements as possible to secure Fleet volume sales.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing an LTR customer portfolio: The IKAM is responsible to develop Nissan MS in the TOP 5 leasing company’s registrations, through annual strategy plan implementation and regular performance reviews. Your key responsibilities with the LTRs are:

  • Contractual relationship management, performance management, animation proposal, key point of contact within the European business
  • Managing a GKA (Global Key Accounts) customer portfolio: The IKAM is responsible to maintain current agreements and prospect new agreements for Nissan Europe, with the goal to increase fleet sales.
  • Through Salesforce CRM, manage a portfolio of ~30 focus customers and ~200 pool customers, ensure customer contact details are maintained, ensure customer’s are aware of the latest news of the Nissan Brand, manage customer contractual terms (discounts and bonus schemes, contract renewals, Contract updates, DOA process, signage, bonus payment process etc.). Respond to fleet European and Global tenders (in collaboration with the Fleet KAM apprentice). Prospect Nissan to new customers (through Alliance, networking, RBU network). Activate new GKA won contracts through RBUs KAMs network.
  • Be the point of contact for LTR & GKA customers at all times for RBU counterparts (hosting Business Review Meetings with local teams on a quarterly basis), Japan HQ (representing European portion of business), Renault – working in collaboration on Alliance accounts

Background and Experience:

  • University degree: Master’s degree in International Business Management, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience – Sales and/or field experience (Fleet sales)
  • Fluent English language
  • Passion for Nissan and passion for the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel on occasion
  • CRM experience would be a bonus
