- EXECUTE GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION STRATEGIES
- You’ll focus on operational excellence, commercial negotiations, and maintaining Red Bull’s high execution standards with Distribution Partners. You’ll ensure strategies are tailored to regional needs while aligning with global priorities
- COLLABORATE WITH MARKETS AND REGIONAL TEAMS
- You’ll work closely with Market and Regional Teams to deploy global strategies effectively while providing tools, frameworks, and guidance to ensure seamless execution in diverse markets. You’ll also actively support markets in addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities
- STRENGTHEN EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY-DISTRIBUTION-PARTNERS
- You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key Distribution Partners in assigned regions. You’ll act as the representative of Red Bull to drive strategic discussions, joint initiatives, and mutually beneficial partnerships. You’ll support negotiations to secure profitable agreements and ensure alignment with Red Bull’s growth objectives.
- DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND COMPLIANCE
- You’ll monitor regional distribution performance and KPIs, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels. You’ll ensure compliance with Red Bull’s global guidelines, as well as local regulatory requirements and standards. Identify gaps and implement solutions to improve distribution network performance
- DEVELOP DISTRIBUTION TEAMS
- You’ll mentor and coach market Distribution Partner teams, providing training, tools, and support to enhance their capabilities as well as collaborate with the Head of Distribution on developing the skills and expertise of regional teams, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders. You’ll also promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- INNOVATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- You’ll identify innovative distribution strategies and partnership models that enhance Red Bull’s competitive edge in assigned regions. You’ll pilot new initiatives and scale successful models across markets as well as drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and systems to ensure sustained growth
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 7+ years FMCG experience, preferably beverages
- University Degree Bachelor or Master
- Fluent in English
- Strong commercial & distribution expertise in DP/WHS, Key Account and Field Sales Management, with proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with operational focus, able to drive complex strategies while maintaining simplicity and execution excellence
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, confident written and verbal communicator and strong team player
- Advanced analytical & technical skills, including econometric modelling and statistics; proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau, with SQL or R as a plus
- Travel 20-30%
