We currently have an exciting opportunity for a International Brokers & Deals Coordination Lead to join our Go To Market team. The role is being offered on a hybrid contract and attracts a base salary circa 80k depending on experience.

As the International Brokers & Deals Coordination Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and driving the interaction and coordination in the delivery of all opportunities with International Brokers & International Deals. You will be responsible for supporting the relationship with brokers and international clients, working closely with commercial and distribution teams across AXA Partners. Your role will involve actively tracking various opportunities, ensuring early engagement of the right stakeholders and monitoring the development of deals. Additionally, you will lead and implement global clients requiring multi-product and multi-country solutions, contributing to the growth and strategy of the company and sharing best practices across regions and the community.

Dimensions of Role:

• Support the delivery of the AXA Partners strategy by proactively working with all functions of C&S, across AXA Partners and AXA Group to oversee and coordinate opportunities in a seamless and efficient way
• Encourage and challenge the value proposition including digital assets
• Be involved in projects and opportunities in different phases of a life cycle, from tender through to launch, working with and across departments
• Utilize robust project management skills to ensure seamless integration into the business, resulting in optimum service to all stakeholders and partners, driving business opportunities and maximizing revenue flow

Qualifications

• Strong and flexible background in cross-functional project management
• Client-facing abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within time and budget
• Proven ability within a Project Management methodology (e.g., Prince 2)
• Demonstrable resilience and experience of successfully managing multiple projects across international locations
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Results-focused with evidence of actively driving strategic change and implementing process improvements
• Solid experience of supporting business leaders in achieving strategic direction and flow
• Experienced communicator with a developmental and supportive style
• High standard of IT ability, including the standard MS Office Suite, MS Project Manager
• Qualified to minimum degree level or with relevant experience
• Able to maintain a calm and positive approach even under pressure or in conflicted situations
• Possess determination and drive, enjoy change, ability to work at pace through conflicting priorities, work with minimal guidance, and maintain a calm and positive approach even in a pressured or conflicted environment
