Siemens Financial Services have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Internal Sales team in Manchester. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, identifying sales prospects, and achieving sales targets.

The role is based in our Manchester office, with a combination of home and office working.

Your Impact:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with vendors and brokers to maximise business potential, focusing on office equipment sales.

  • Relationship Building : Create a strong rapport with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Digital Drive: Support our digitalisation efforts, enhancing efficiency across service delivery channels.

  • Performance Optimisation: Analyse data to forecast future requirements and improve performance

  • Account Management: Maintain comprehensive customer records, facilitating seamless communication and follow-ups.

You’ll learn and develop the following skills:

  • Internal sales / account management skills to successfully manage a portfolio of clients.

  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers over the phone and email

  • Selling different asset types in either consumer or business finance

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly motivated & organised self-starter that enjoys working under time pressure.

  • Strong communicator with ability to influence.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships through phone and email interactions.

  • Excellent IT skills to include all Microsoft Office knowledge.
