You will be responsible for the entire order management process into the production plant, from quotation phase to shipment finalization. You are accountable for the accurate order entry of the assigned projects as well for the on-time delivery, according to customer requirements.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support Sales/PSQ/PMO in analyzing customer requests, challenging the requests on:
Deal with execution lead time, including sub-suppliers, operations, testing methods and shipping requirements
Analyze the final quote according to project specifications, technical clarifications / deviations list and received internal PO, closing the gaps before order entry into plant IT system
Lead the plant LT, including Order Entry phase. Ensuring the sub-orders placement is according to needed LT. Expediting sub-suppliers when needed trough Supply chain office. Lead documentation on-time submittal according to the agreed document list (including turnarounds)
Manage customer comments on submitted documentation and change orders: check the applicability of customer comments before sharing with relevant functions (Engineering, Quality, Testing, etc.).
Supervise the plant internal execution of the project, proactively manage risks and potential delays; supports PM in margin increasing, according to defined strategy.
To be the main contact for the technical changes: IPM is checking customer comments / requirements on submitted documents, evaluating them before doc. submittal to other departments and collecting impacts for change order evaluation.
Manage clients and/or their representatives during local visits and inspections.

You are decisive and make high-quality decisions, even when based on incomplete information or in the face of uncertainty. You understand interpersonal and group dynamics and react in an effective manner.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field
Around 5 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing industry and in project management
Proficient in English and French
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (especially Excel), and preferably MRP system
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results oriented and ability to work independently; decision making and problem-solving attitude
High Level of Ownership & Engagement
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Speaking multiple languages (German, Spanish, Chinese etc) is a plus.
Technical background in the manufacturing industry.
