Job Description Summary The Internal Communication Professional is responsible to execute all activities involving Avio Aero overall population, both salaried and hourly colleagues.
Working closely with the Marketing Comms & Internal Communication Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and manage initiatives designed to engage and involve the internal population, while bringing an innovative approach to raise attention, interest and awareness, ensure effective delivery of communication messages and foster interaction.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesManage all kinds of internal messaging, from key corporate messages to service communicationsDesign and disseminate communication campaigns on key company topicsOrganize/coordinate internal events, such as town-hall meetings, family days, open days at site/plant level, etc.Manage digital channels and other internal platforms in partnership with the Digital teamDefine analytics to measure communication effectivenessPartner with HR to ensure appropriate distribution according to internal needsProduce news and material for Avio Aero Intranet and GE Aerospace JetwayCreate newsletters, videos and communication toolkitsManage specific projects to engage our people on core themes, such as quality, safety and leanDesign and produce presentations and other internal materialsQualifications/RequirementsMaster’s degree in communicationsExperience in leading internal communication projects and initiativeSolid communication skills and competenciesFluent and/or excellent verbal/written skills in both English and ItalianWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired characteristicsPassion and energy to deliverHands-on approachExperience in multinational corporations and international environmentWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
