The main purpose is to assist the Supervisory Board through the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee in the effective discharge of their responsibilities, in line with the GIA Charter.What you’ll be doingInternal Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and carrying out the audits in line with the approved Audit Plan and the Audit Manual. This position will partner closely with various internal stakeholders within the markets, corporate office and other lines of business.Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Leading and conducting group internal audits following the Audit Manual and Audit Work Program.
  • Reporting audit results and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying internal control deficiencies and providing recommendations for improving the organisation’s operation, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
  • Recommending effective and efficient controls for identified weaknesses.
  • Documenting audit work procedures with the highest quality standards. Uploading the working papers on the GRC tool on time.
  • Encourage others to strive for quality and excellence and ensure compliance with the IIA standards.
  • Supporting Group Internal Audit director in relationship management with Group Function/ Markets, and quarterly reporting cycle to the Region and Audit Committee.
  • Taking an active role in Work Programs definition and liaising with the Data Analytics Team.

Internal Audit Manager is required to travel to different markets (approx. 30%) to perform audits and other projects.What we’re looking forBackground:

  • Solid experience (+5 years) gained in other internal audit functions/BIG 4/risk management/compliance within a multinational environment will be an asset.
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree (Finance, Business, Economics preferred)
  • ACCA, CIA or CISA can be an asset.
  • Previous FMCG experience preferred.
  • Advanced English Communication skills are required (Russian, French, and German will be seen as a beneficial asset).

Technical skills:

  • Experience in performing end-to-end audits including all deliverables of appropriate quality on time and in compliance with IIA standards of auditing.
  • Ability to deliver entire audit engagement/project end-to-end including all deliverables of appropriate quality and on time.
  • Delivery of high-quality reports requiring a minimal number of changes/updates.
  • Understanding the GRC concepts and their own role in it and applying this knowledge effectively in daily operations.
  • Good understanding of the main principles of accounting and transactional finance (Market to Cash, Source to Pay, Forecast to Deploy, Record to Report), and acquaintance with operational aspects of core business areas and operations (Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, Treasury, Tax, IT etc.)
  • Skillful in performing complex analysis and creating compelling visualisations to illustrate ideas and provide insights based on complex data.
  • ERP Knowledge (SAP, Navision) with a good understanding of how the system is used to perform operational tasks (Business or IT related) and knowing the most important set of actions (transactions) that can be used as part of the operations. Also, an understanding of how the system integrates with other systems through interfaces.
  • Proficiency in using MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
