Ready to dive into the dynamic world of supply chain? Join us and collaborate with key functions like procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing sites. You’ll be a vital part of our team, supporting replenishment plans and managing inventory levels at our distribution centers. Keep an eye on performance and make adjustments as needed, while keeping everyone in the loop. About the Team/Department

As an Intern Analyst in Supply Planning, you’ll be at the heart of our finished goods inventory management across the EU region.

Responsibilities:

Jump into the action with our Supply Planning Team and learn to:

• Craft action plans to optimize inventory locations
• Deliver insightful inventory analysis and reports using ERP and other tools
• Keep the ERP in check and adjust market allocations based on regional guidelines
• Track inbound shipments from manufacturing and suppliers
• Ensure products are available at European warehouses and manage weekly replenishments
• Support global supply planning from a regional perspective
• Drive ERP and process improvements
• Engage proactively with Customer Service and local supply chain teams
• Participate in and organize regular reviews on operations, quality, and improvements
• Update monthly KPIs and perform root cause analysis on supply chain losses

Experience You’ll Bring:

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Proficiency in general Office software, with advanced Excel skills being a plus

• Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity

This role isn’t eligible for international relocation
