We are offering you the opportunity to join EUROAPI’s Supply Chain team for a 6-month internship, as a Supply Chain Data Analyst, at our head office in Paris.

This position is dedicated to support all aspects of the inventory management of the company.

During this internship, you will leverage analytical skills to collect, organize and interpret data and develop actionable improvements of the stock position. By ensuring data accuracy and proactive problem solving, you will contribute to supporting the decision making and alignment across the company.

Your assignments:

Data Analysis and initial assessment

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain & financial data related to inventory to assess where the main Working Capital consumers are (inventory evolution by sites, product family…).
  • Gather all the current practices across the sites to build a mapping of the on-going actions (Make to Order vs Make to Stock, decoupling points initiatives, multiple campaigning…).
  • Identify and investigate process inefficiencies and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Propose approach and methodologies to initiate inventory reduction initiatives.

Project Support

  • Contribute to the Inventory Reduction Program by providing data analytics support, structuring approach to tackle inventory calculation inefficiencies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics to enhance inventory management efficiency (Stock Health Management, stock policy calculation, stock policy adherence, decoupling points identification etc.).

This internship offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to building an inventory reduction plan while gaining hands-on experience in data management and project management.

The scope of this internship is all inventories, including six manufacturing sites, two distributions centers, external manufacturing activities.

Your profile

Preparing a master’s degree in supply chain, data analytics or global engineering

Autonomous and structured

Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas: vlookup, sumifs, countifs…) and comfortable with creating comprehensive MS PowerPoint slides

Fluent in both English and French
