RESPONSIBILITIESWith our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
- Working closely with the KAM’s Team, developing new wow: anaplán (internal), reporting, finance control, rebates, promotions (ROI’s), promo optimization, distribution, opps and risks analysis, logistic, etc…
- Complete pre and post evaluation of promotions & activities.
- Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes e.g. monthly performance review, annual Bottom Up Plan creation, etc…
- Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain…
- Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts (with Owned &/or Franchised stores)
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands. Elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight-led plan
SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
- Strong commercial, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Be competent in using Powerpoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools.
- Must be able to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands.
The following experiences are preferred:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in project leadership roles in an international environment
- Experience in multiple Tech Services
