Responsibilities:

• Innovate & Develop: Design new products and enhance existing ones by developing raw materials, processes, and product parameters that support our business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry. An advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience is considered a plus.
• Language Skills: Professional-level English
• Skills: analytical problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles.
• Work Ethic: Independent, committed, and reliable way of working.
