Internship Procurement AnalystYour role:Procurement Processes Program is streamlining the way we work with our external and internal stakeholders. We are driving several initiatives that will improve our stakeholders digital experience. Currently we are working with several tools including open source digital experience platforms and business processes simulations Softwares, including several analytics Power BI tools. All tools are based on several data management processes and we use data for further management reporting, driving capability building and decision making.Supporting Procurement Processes management and operations with data processing and reportsAssisting with data processing and analytics for Markets and Businesses Transformation initiativesLearning about Procurement processes, challenges, and best practicesContributing to the Procurement Processes Transformation program and growth of the organizationYou’re the right fit if:You are studying towards your bachelor or master in International Business, Supply Chain or related study.You have strong analytical skills & attention to details.Proficiency with MS Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI or Qlik sense is a plus, familiar with Drupa v10 is also a plus.Good communication and stakeholder management skillsGood command of English in writing and speakingHow we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Monthly full-time allowance between €500 – €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
