Are you looking for an exciting hands-on learning opportunity to supplement your studies? Join us as an intern in a fast-moving department within our Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) Project Management Office (PMO), influencing the outcome of our external manufacturing projects.
This is a full-time internship, but we remain flexible, enabling you to combine an internship with studies or writing your bachelor / master’s thesis. It is an opportunity for a unique learning experience and a chance to turn theories into practice.
The position
As an Intern, you play an important role in supporting project controllers and project portfolio managers with key tasks across a large portfolio of projects.
Your key tasks include:
-Support the Purchase Order (PO) process
-Support the invoicing process
-Follow up on payment timeliness
-Support the monthly reporting cycles by creating high quality material
-Other ad hoc tasks
Your success in this role relies on your ability to problem solve, come up with ideas to optimize workflows and multitask.
Practical details
-Internship period: 6 months – with possibility for extension up to a year (enrolment at University within full period is required)
-Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows it
-A Danish full-time work permit is required
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who has interest in finance, accounting, procurement or business administration. You are currently studying for your bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of those fields, or similar. You have sharp analytical skills and interest in financial business processes and budget forecasting and planning. You are strong in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other general IT programs. Generally, you consider yourself IT savvy. Experience with SAP is an advantage. Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
The ideal candidate is service minded, works in a structured way with high quality standards, and possesses a sharp eye for details. You can handle several tasks simultaneously and have a strong drive and desire to take personal responsibility and deliver results. You are ambitious and have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and improve. Finally, you must have strong work ethics and desire to learn and develop.

The GCM PMO is a team that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM). The project organisation within GCM is responsible for all commercial tech transfer projects to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).
