ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Service Operations & Data Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for university student (not in last year of studies) who wants to gain hands-on experience in service operations, data management, and cross-team collaboration.

You will support multiple service lines (AMS, PSEE, AS, CAS) and play a key role in keeping our data accurate, our processes running smoothly, and our teams aligned.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data & Dashboard Management

•    Maintain and update customer and service data in internal dashboards

•    Upload new customers, contracts, and service requests (SRs)

•    Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Reporting & Pipeline Support

•    Support pipeline tracking (new customers, renewals)

•    Prepare weekly and monthly reports

•    Assist with basic forecasting and data validation

Team Collaboration

•    Communicate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on contracts and data validation

•    Work closely with Finance, Controlling, and operations teams

•    Help coordinate information across different stakeholders

Service Coordination

•    Assist with coordination of service activities (e.g., activations, reviews, automation support)

•    Help ensure services are delivered on time and according to plan

Order & Invoice Support

•    Support service order processing and data transfers between systems

•    Assist with invoicing milestones and tracking

 Resource Coordination

•    Help with basic staffing coordination based on project needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•    Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

•    Basic analytical thinking and comfort working with data

•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Background

•    Degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

•    Familiarity with Excel or similar tools

•    Interest in operations, data, or project coordination
