Intern (m/f/d) Real Estate Valuation / Valuation & Advisory in Frankfurt or Berlin

Your tasks

  • Active participation in all department-specific business processes

  • Market research (competitor and location analyses) for residential, commercial and retail properties

  • Participation in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV)

  • Participation in the organisation and implementation of Germany-wide property inspections and subsequent preparation of the results

  • Maintenance of the information databases and regular support in the preparation of pitch presentations and offers

  • Support in the preparation of valuation reports in German and English

  • Active regular communication with teammates as well as across departments

Your profile

  • At least two successfully completed semesters in a relevant (technical) university degree programme

  • Interest in the real estate industry

  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable

  • Interest in and experience in working with Excel and other Office applications

  • An affinity for numbers and statistics as well as financial mathematics topics

  • Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills

  • Independent and structured work

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
