Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the main processes across Hire to Retire. You will become a focal point supporting our colleagues in successfully leading their employee-facing initiatives across Lundbeck globally. It is a unique chance to work alongside dedicated colleagues who develop innovative treatments that improve the lives of people living with brain diseases.
 
 

Your future team

As our H2R intern, you will be part of H2R Operations & Systems team who consists of around 16 people. H2R Operations & Systems Team is part of People Services department that is responsible for HR processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world. We are working on many projects that aim at making Lundbeck #1 in Brain Health.
 
At this role you will: 

-Support the maintenance of employee and organizational data

-Support the preparation of employment documentation and reports

-Help with administration of personnel documentation

-Do the administrative support of payroll process

 
 

What you bring to the team

-Currently studying

-Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck

-Very good English

-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-Strong motivation to gain experience in the HR area

-Excellent time management, accuracy, and detail orientation, as well as reliability
