We specialise in business and sustainability consulting within the sectors of energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, waste, and water, and we advise private companies and the public sector. You will be challenged with a busy workday in an interdisciplinary environment, where you will learn about all parts of a project, from tendering to project execution. You will be an integrated part of our team, and from the moment you join us, you will be supported in your personal and professional development. You will gain experience from challenging and complex projects and participate in training tailored to our team and your professional experience.Potential projects you can be involved in are:

  • Strategy and M&A – such as:
  • Market studies
  • Materiality assessment and sustainability strategy
  • Due diligence and commercial/operational transaction support
  • Sustainable economics, finance, and ESG – such as:
  • CSRD assessments and strategic improvements
  • Human rights assessments, policies, and processes
  • EU Taxonomy alignment and roadmap
  • ESG screening and assessment
  • Decarbonisation and climate strategy – such as:
  • Decarbonisation strategy and road-mapping
  • Transformation, change, and implementation
  • Just transition policy and framework guidance
  • Circular business growth and innovation strategies – such as:
  • Circular baseline assessment and benchmarking
  • Business model development
  • Metrics development

Your work tasks will vary and depend on the project scope and your personal development goals. Typical project responsibilities for an intern include research, data, market, and competitor analysis, creating presentations, writing reports, and participating in client workshops.

For this journey, we believe your starting point is:
  • Currently studying or about to begin your graduate studies or relevant higher education, typically within business, economics, sustainability, or engineering
  • Among the best in your class
  • Relevant work experience from student jobs, internships, or extracurricular activities
  • A structured approach with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
  • Ability to think strategically, have a high level of abstraction, and the ability to put yourself in the client’s shoes
  • Ability to work independently, but at the same time be a team player
  • Experience in using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Professional proficiency in English (Proficiency in Danish is not mandatory, but it will be beneficial)
