Are you eager to gain hands-on experience within Drug Product manufacturing and contribute to a company with a strong purpose? We are looking for two Trainees to support our Aseptic Production and Finish Production departments. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a GMP-regulated environment while making a real impact.

Your new role

As a Trainee, you will support daily operations across the Drug Product organisation, contributing to documentation, data analysis, and quality-related processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

type=”disc”-
-Supporting Specialists with daily follow-up, and assisting in preparation and handling of deviations and CAPAs (Actions)
-Collecting, structuring, and maintaining documentation in relevant systems (e.g., QMS – Quality Management System)
-Gathering and analysing data to support QMS meetings and decision-making
-Coordinating and following up on deadlines to ensure timely closure of cases
-Contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and handling ad hoc tasks as needed
You will work approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.

Your new department

You will join the EMTO team (External Manufacturing Technology and Optimization Team), a dedicated group of 39 colleagues based at our site in Taastrup. The team is part of a small but global and highly professional organisation, giving you the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to processes that support drug product manufacturing.

Your skills and qualifications

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, or a related field, and you have a strong interest in drug product manufacturing. To succeed, you bring:

type=”disc”-
-An analytical mindset, curiosity for processes, and a problem-solving approach
-Strong skills working with data and documentation
-A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working
-Motivation to contribute to optimization, continuous improvement, and high-quality standards within GMP
-The ability to speak, read, and write English confidently and clearly
You are eager to learn, adaptable, and take responsibility for your tasks—whether supporting daily operations, handling documentation, or collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
