Your new role

As an AI Communication and Training Coordination Intern, you’ll be the vital connection between our AI platforms and users across Novo Nordisk’s global operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll explore emerging AI tools and help colleagues worldwide unlock their potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Promoting our AI platforms and coordinating AI and BI training activities across the organization
-Exploring and demonstrating AI tools (ChatGPT, AI Marketplace, Power Platform, AgentHub) to help users see possibilities within their own processes
-Working on AI projects and developing valuable insights using available data tools within the organization
-Collaborating with our global team and stakeholders to make complex technical solutions understandable and accessible
-Supporting users in becoming more productive by bridging the gap between IT capabilities and real-world applications
-Potentially joining training sessions and working on ad-hoc tasks that require proactive coordination and fresh thinking.
 

This is a 6-month internship. You will work 37 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods. The start date is as soon as possible, but no later than September 1st.

The AI Framework & Engineering department is responsible for all citizen AI platforms including ChatGPT, custom AI agents, business intelligence and low-code/no-code platforms. As part of Enterprise AI under Enterprise IT, our team spans Denmark and India, providing AI platforms globally to more than 40,000 users. Our platforms enable critical corporate processes across Financial Reporting, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, and R&D – making this an opportunity to see your work impact the entire organization.

Your skills & qualifications

We’re looking for a master’s level student who is passionate about AI and bringing technology closer to people. You’ll bring with you:

-Current enrolment in a master’s level program within Information Technology/Systems, Digital Innovation & Management, Communication (with IT involvement), Data Analysis & BI or similar fields
-Ideally a study background within an AI or IT-related field, or relevant experience from projects or student jobs
-Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) – this is essential as you’ll work with global colleagues
-An international mindset and comfort working across cultures
-Organized and detail-oriented approach combined with creativity and a curious mindset that brings fresh perspectives
-Preferably some understanding of data modelling or front-end development/scripting (training will be provided if needed)
-A Danish full-time work permit.

Salary and Benefits: If allowed by the educational institution from where the Intern is enrolled, the monthly salary is fixed. The monthly base rate is DKK 15,900 plus a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
