#Your Responsibilities

-Administrative Support in the organization of medical events such as medical webinars and congresses – processing documentation, preparing contracts, invitation letters, post-event documentation, etc
-Purchase orders management – submitting requests received from sales and marketing teams, making sure that orders are processed in accordance with the company’s internal policies
-Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training materials submission and tracking
-Assist in various duties as needed
 

#Your Profile

-You are still at University studying a Masters Degree in Business or related area
-You are Fluent in English
-You are available at least 30h weekly
-Good interpersonal skills and reliability are part of your soft skills
-You are excellent in planning and organizing
-You are also self-motivation and have a creative mindset
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
