Job Title: Interim Recruiter (Contract)
Key Information:
* Location: Brussels
* Contract Type: Freelance/Contract
* Start Date: October 2024
* End Date: January 2025 (possible extention)
* Telework: Expectation of 50% on-site, 50% remote work
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Interim Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process for multiple business units, from job publication to contract proposals. This role will also involve handling recruitment-related projects, managing partnerships with external recruitment agencies, and contributing to workforce analysis, headcount planning, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all open vacancies from A-Z, including job publication, candidate follow-up, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
* Independently handle recruitment, selection, and talent management projects.
* Collaborate with Staffing Business Partners to manage the recruitment budget and develop partnerships with external recruitment agencies.
* Actively contribute to workforce planning, headcount analysis, retention strategies, and absenteeism analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: University degree or considerable managerial experience.
* Languages:
* Dutch: Fluent
* French: Fluent
* English: Fluent
Technical Experience:
* Mandatory: Strong expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Business Experience:
* Mandatory: Experience as a recruiter, managing the recruitment process from job publication to contract proposal for business units.
Soft Skills:
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen attention to accuracy.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating an active listening approach.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage stressful situations effectively.
* Team spirit with sensitivity to organisational needs and risk awareness.
