For our Moncler Worldwide Legal Affairs & Brand Protection Dept., we are looking for a passionate Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Specialist to join the team based in our HQ in Milan.
Your Impact:
The Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Specialist, reporting to the WW IP & BP Senior Manager, will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the brand and protecting intellectual property assets globally.
Activities:
- Coordinate and manage litigation and pre-litigation matters of a civil, administrative, and criminal nature concerning IP rights violations, both in Italy and abroad
- Handle criminal aspects related to IP rights, including coordinating and managing customs seizures and enforcement authorities, both in Italy and abroad, and providing training to these authorities
- Manage counterfeiting cases, both offline and online, in Italy and abroad
- Manage relationships with Italian and foreign suppliers and industry associations within the relevant area of responsibility
- Stay updated on new regulations related to DSA, AI, and emerging technologies
Who We Are Looking For
Main Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in legal studies with a specialization in IP law; license to practice law and/or as a trademark consultant
- Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role within an international company or law firm
- Experience in criminal matters related to industrial law, managing offline and online counterfeiting cases, and utilizing new technologies to combat counterfeiting
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills (knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus)
