The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is looking for an Integrity Innovations Manager to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate for Integrity Innovations Manager is an experienced professional who is a detailed-oriented person with strong analytical skills, a proactive nature and is comfortable taking ownership of the task and necessary decisions.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
The Manager will support the development and implementation of new integrity tools and processes for the System Integrity Unit. In addition, the Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects throughout their lifecycle, including but not limited to: case management, due diligence tools, and wood identification.
List of tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage innovation projects and execute follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) throughout a project lifecycle.
- Provide support for the development and adoption of integrity tools and processes.
- Identify, advise on, monitor and review systems improvement.
- Effectively prioritize tasks, and contribute to project planning and reporting.
- Identify issues and recommend solutions to project teams.
- Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of Integrity subject matter experts.
- Any other task as assigned by formal supervisor and project work as assigned according to organizational needs.
Your profile

Education and Training:
- University/technical college degree or equivalent training or experience in a field of environmental science, political science, data science, law, consulting, engineering, integrity or technology related field.
- Working Experience, Style and Skills:
- At least of 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing technology/innovation projects and/or facilitating complex technical processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Investigations, Integrity and or Compliance background is a plus.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously.
- Experience in writing, reviewing, revising, and/or editing technical documents is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to plan, organize and complete work tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Language & Communication Skills:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills that contribute to cohesive team efforts and decision making.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Other languages are a plus.
- Digital Skills – good skills in the use of/experience with:
- Standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with database software is a plus.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and other technology is a plus.
- Others:
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, global team.
- Commitment to FSC’s mission and values.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diversity of values, views and approaches to issues relevant to the FSC program by stakeholders around the world.
- Ability to represent FSC through his/her work with exemplary personal and professional authority and conduct.

The Fine Print
- Location: Bonn, Germany.
- Working Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week.
- Duration of Employment: Temporary contract – 2 years (extension possible, subject to satisfactory performance).
- Starting Date: As soon as possible.
- Travel: Sporadic travel is required.
