Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.Job DescriptionAs an Integrations Manager – Workday & HR Applications, you will lead the integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with other HR applications, including payroll, talent acquisition (Smart Recruiters), talent management systems, and other enterprise systems such as Finance.Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between our HR systems, enhancing overall HR service delivery, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our Workday integrations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of Workday with various HR and non-HR systems, ensuring timely and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to design and implement integrations.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within the defined scope.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and developing complex Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including regular updates and enhancements.
- Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Workday integration processes and best practices.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing complex system integrations, particularly with Workday HCM. You will bring strong technical expertise and leadership skills to the role.Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with significant hands-on experience using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team of integration professionals.
- Proven experience in managing and executing complex system integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
- Workday HCM and Workday Integration/Studio certifications are preferred but not required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Effective collaboration skills.
