The Integration Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the sales phase to the integration phase for new clients. This role involves managing the initial technical welcome activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the client’s integration process meets the highest standards. The Integration Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, providing technical support and guidance

Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and delivering comprehensive welcome packages for clients handed over from the Sales department
    • Scheduling and leading welcome meetings with clients and key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration process
    • Providing ongoing personalized support during the Integration process
    • Leading pre-launch activities including regular client calls, final review meetings to address ongoing challenges and confirming launch dates
    • Acting as a project manager to align on plans, timelines, identify risks & issues as well as ensure transparent reporting on progress
    • Providing training and resources to client teams to accelerate integration as well as minimize post-integration issues
    • Conducting post-launch reviews (including UX/UI review) to evaluate integration success and address any post-launch issues

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or integration role
    • Strong understanding of API integrations, software development processes, and technical documentation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
    • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Strong negotiation & conflict resolution skills to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts
    • Experience in UX/UI design, particularly with payment panels
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical issues efficiently
    • Experience with client onboarding processes is required
    • Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service
    • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • Experience in crypto industry is a plus
