Instruments Owner Keys and Voice – MyGroove

As the instrument owner, you are the primary point of contact for Piano, Keyboard (including E-Piano, Synthesizers, and Electric Organs), as well as for various vocal styles such as Classical, Pop, and Singer-Songwriter.

You are responsible for ensuring the quality, relevance, and continuous development of instrument-specific content, guaranteeing that our offering remains current in both musical and educational terms. In this role, you act as the central interface between the musician community, our MyGroove product and marketing teams, the AI voice and pattern recognition team, as well as the MyGroove artists and content team.

• Content & Didactics
• You are responsible for all content relating to keys and voice within the MyGroove App. This includes the optimisation of our didactic concept — from learning paths and lessons to exercises and songs — to ensure a consistent, motivating and educationally sound learning experience. In addition, you create, write and arrange sheet music using common notation programs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our backing tracks (DAW).
• AI & Product Development
• A key part of your role is the recording of keys and voice examples to support the development of our AI-based voice and pattern recognition. You are also continuously testing the app with a focus on keys and voice to provide valuable feedback for the product’s ongoing development and innovation.
• Community & Marketing
• You support our social media marketing team in engaging and expanding the global keys and singers community. By observing trends and identifying emerging talent within the piano and vocal scenes at an early stage, you help strengthen MyGroove’s position as a forward-looking and relevant platform.
• Live Engagement
• Beyond the digital space, you also contribute as a coach for keys and voice in our analogue MyGroove workshops, jam sessions, and concerts. In this role, you embody the direct link between the digital learning experience and live musical practice.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• High level of proficiency in at least one of the two instruments (keys or voice) with strong practical musicianship
• Solid didactic and pedagogical knowledge, ideally supported by experience as an instrumental or vocal teacher
• Confident use of music notation software and experience with audio and video recording
• Experience engaging with young people in workshops, lessons, or rehearsals, and openness to shaping social media formats and identifying trends within the community
• Strong team orientation, high standards of quality and attention to detail, and ability to strategically incorporate user feedback into product and content development
