Job description

The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a solid understanding of instrumentation in the Oil & Gas sector, chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient implementation of instrumentation systems for our projects.Responsibilities:Technical Documentation:
Create, review, and modify technical documentation using company-provided software.
Analyze and process order specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements.Quality Control:
Monitor documents created by third parties for compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and codes.
Verify and coordinate activities related to the purchase of field instruments, junction boxes, and local panels.Support Functions:
Collaborate with the Purchasing Office during the request for quotation and purchase phases.
Assist in technical tabulation, alignment, and supplier follow-up activities.Customer and Supplier Interaction:
Participate in meetings with customers and/or suppliers as a technical support representative.
Collaborate with the PROPOSAL/PROCESS department for cost evaluations and estimates during the offer preparation phase.Technical Expertise:
Apply knowledge of regulations for areas at risk of explosion.
Demonstrate expertise in field instrumentation, blocking, and regulating valves.
Utilize electro-instrumental engineering techniques in project execution.Requirements:Educational Background:
Technical diploma and/or degree in electrical, electronic, or automation engineering.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas sector, chemical/petrochemical/pharmaceutical industry.Skills:
Proficient in technical drawing and reading/commenting on P&ID diagrams.
Familiarity with IT systems, Office suite, CAD software, and data research/analysis.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
