This team includes over 100 individuals across our DB, DC, Global Cash and Official Institutions Group businesses.Role Summary:In this role you will support our Benelux Sales & Relationship Management Team in their day to day sales related activities. Areas of focus include assisting with meeting follow up, client and market research, Requests for Proposal oversight and collateral and presentation development. Your work will directly support the growth and retention of our assets under management.Responsibilities IncludeSupport sales meeting preparation and follow upSupport AEs in preparing and collecting presentation decks and investment collateral materials for prospect or client meetingsAssist with meeting follow up, packaging materials such as factsheets, performance track records and thought leadershipEngaging stakeholders across the organisation (Investments, Operations, Marketing and Product) as needed to manage preparation and follow upContribute to creation and execution of Marketing campaigns and client event coordinationPartner with Marketing to plan and implement client eventsAct as liaison with Investments and Marketing to manage Marketing campaign collateral creation and distribution listsMaintain Salesforce Marketing contact dataOversee Request for Proposals / Requests for Information processPartner with the AE to own the timely and accurate response to RFP/ RFIs through engagement with stakeholders and oversight of RFP through the processResearch Market and Client TrendsScan the news and public sources to identify investment and other trends impacting clients and prospectsAnalyze and summarize key industry investments reportsAssist with Salesforce data maintenance and management reporting as neededPartner with AEs to ensure accurate Salesforce data for contacts, sales opportunities and business at riskAide in creation of management reporting as neededExperience and QualificationsMinimum 0-3 years of experience in client facing team, preferably in asset management industry with a sales backgroundStrong interest and understanding of financial marketsFamiliarity working across European marketsFluency in Dutch and EnglishMasters degree in Business Administration, finance, law, economics or similarCapabilitiesStrong analytical thinking, problem solving, research, time management, verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through; can own and take tasks through to completionAbility to manage multiple priorities in multifaceted deadline driven environmentWillingness to take hands on approach to accomplish goalsKnowledge/experience with using Salesforce.com is preferredCapability to take ownership and initiative, to negotiate, influence and build consensusAbility to collaborate with individuals across business units/lines to achieve results
