Your new company
You will be working for a public sector organisation who inspects education and training in Wales. The organisation is located close to the city centre so is accessible via public transport links and also offers on-site parking for staff.
Your new role
- Setting up and deleting core inspection and follow-up Virtual Inspection Rooms
- Providing technical support for the Virtual Inspection Room (VIR) to providers and inspection teams, problem-solving any issues
- Administering the follow-up process for providers in line with organisation guidance
- Responding to all administration queries for follow-up visits and other inspection related queries
- Developing and reviewing documents associated with the follow-up process
- Inputting data from questionnaires
- Supporting and providing cover for other Inspection Support Officers where required
What you’ll need to succeed
- Have good communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Organised with good time management skills and able to manage competing priorities to ensure the timely delivery of information.
- Can prioritise tasks, work accurately and ensure that tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
- Are approachable and able to form effective working relationships.
- Are able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
- Have a positive and focused attitude to achieving outcomes.
What you’ll get in return
You’ll join a great team on a temporary basis until September 2024 and earn a rate of £12.80 per hour. The organisation offers hybrid working, there is a requirement to work in the office every Thursday, with flexibility on working from home days.
