Core Objective of the role is to deepen customer relationships and drive profitable service revenue growth on the BSC Capital product install base by identifying and contacting potential customers through remote channels and selling service contracts successfully.
In this role, you will be responsible to:

-Take responsibility of a defined territory with an assigned pool of Boston Scientific customers, including existing and potential accounts. Deliver remote channel contacts with the focus on identifying business opportunities and to enhance sales results.
-Proactively contacting the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone, to promote selected products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
-Develop as professional telesales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals.
-Use the sales process, available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers, get commitment to buy, negotiate and close successful deals.
-Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process.
-Uncover and identify opportunities to target in order to increase the capture rate of the total capital equipment portfolio.
-Generate and create quotes for service contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
-Ensure executed agreements are received, processed, and documented according to company policy.
-Provide weekly updates to management on sales progress, at-risk accounts, and sales forecasts.
-Record interactions, maintain accurate records of sales opportunities and contract records, and update the company’s database of prospects (Salesforce).
-When appropriate and requested, collaborate remotely with field territory managers, to support the management of existing or potential customers.
-Provide advice and support to assigned customers as well as new customers via remote communication tools, mainly phone and email. Occasionally also via web session or video communication.
-Establish remote sustainable and business impactful relationship with any actor (e.g. Biomedical Engineer, Procurement manager etc) being part of the decision-making process of medical device procurements.
-Manage and maintain contact and customer information in the CRM tool Salesforce by updating and capturing strategic information such as roles & responsibilities, number & type of procedures and customer preferences.
-Manage customer complaints and provide the best support to solve problems following the processes and procedures of the company.
-Upon request, participate to internal team projects, sales meetings, training programs and conventions.
-Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity and respect BSC mission, strategy and structure. Understand and comply with policies, quality standards and processes.

-Previous experience in working with IT Tools, such as MS Word and Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRMs) and telesales softwares (e.g. RingDNA).
-Language skills: we’re looking for someone native or fluent in both Italian and Spanish, to cover for our activities within the EMEA Southern Cluster; fluency in English is a must.
